Dear Lance,

I wanted to take the time and write you a letter in reference to one of your locators. I was assisted by Lisa Victorian on Saturday, September 11th. She was absolutely magnificent. Not only was she very nice and helpful but she did not pressure me any to "get a sale." I have worked with a couple of locator's before her that were very pushy and unhelpful. They had me convinced that I would not be able to find a nice place for the amount that I could afford. When I contacted A+, I went in with the attitude that I would get the same treatment. Lisa definitely changed my attitude. She didn't act like she was just doing a job. She acted more like a friend helping another friend. After we found a place that I liked, she drove me to the area I would be commuting from and drove me back to the place I am leasing. She did this because she knew I did not know the area well and she did not want me to get lost. I just wanted to express how happy I am with the service and with Lisa. You can tell she like her job. I think when someone goes out of their way to make others happy, they should be noticed. I will recommend A+ and Lisa to everyone I know looking for a place to live.

I'm just writing you to thank you for helping me find an apartment here in Austin. I am sure I will be happy in the new place when I finally move on Aug.22. You made an otherwise difficult task for me go very smoothly, as you know living in San Antonio makes it kind of hard to take care of business in Austin. I would just like to say that your service was outstanding and let me tell you, I called a different locator service, the name is unimportant, and the representative on the phone seemed as if he had no interest in helping me. All he said, when I gave him the same info I gave you, is that he can't help me; he didn't even try. So if anybody I know ever needs to locate and apartment or if later on down the line I need to move again I will definitely recommend you. Once again thank you for everything.
